Rob is a Director at High Alpha Innovation. Before starting this role, Rob was the head of strategy for Converse North America, the iconic 115 year old sneaker and apparel brand and part of the Nike Inc. portfolio. He also spent time managing strategy engagements across a broad set of industries with Innosight, the innovation and growth strategy consulting firm founded by Clayton Christensen. He is an outdoors enthusiast with a keen interest in sustainability, having started his career at the World Resources Institute, a sustainability think tank in Washington D.C. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from American University, as well as an MBA and Masters of Environmental Management Environmental Management from the Yale Schools of Management and Forestry, respectively. Rob is a lifelong New Englander who lives on beautiful Savin Hill in Dorchester, Massachusetts with his wife, kids, and dog.
