Christina Caubet is a Legal Operations Associate at High Alpha Innovation. She assists with the company’s day-to-day legal operations, including maintaining the company’s corporate governance records, assisting with the formation of new startups and providing a helping hand to Co-Founders post program.Prior to joining High Alpha Innovation, she held a variety of paralegal roles in the private equity and venture capital space. Most recently, serving as Senior Corporate Paralegal at Techstars, providing legal support for all post-accelerator transactions and overall portfolio management for the legal team. She welcomes the opportunity to strategize and implement new processes. Christina received her ABA approved Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University and her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Religious Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.As a new resident to Stillwater, MN, she loves exploring her new community and playing outdoors with her husband and son.
