As High Alpha Innovation's Technical Recruiter, Erika handles recruiting talent for HAI’s portfolio companies. Erika earned her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Dayton’s Business School in Ohio. She found her love for recruiting through her experience working in Staffing and in scaling SaaS startup environments. She has been able to leverage her passion for helping others by building out new and scaling teams. Erika is originally from Indianapolis and now lives in downtown Indy with her boyfriend & dog. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, working out, and exploring local restaurants & coffee shops around her area.
