Myles Grote is our Head of Portfolio Success, leading our partners of all flavors to successfully launching advantaged startups. As a previous co-founder at Upper Hand, he has an intense passion for the core problems that High Alpha Innovation solves throughout the entrepreneurial journey. Hailing from the IU Kelley School of Business, he’s spent all 15 years of his career in B2B SaaS both building and investing. Most recently, he launched Omnidollar, the first ever global syndicate in the State of Indiana where he has participated in early stage investing & advising. In addition to building and investing, he has spent 3 years as an EIR & Mentor at one of the most successful Techstars programs in the World.
