As Talent Partner, Sean matches entrepreneurial talent with new ventures and studios built by High Alpha Innovation and its corporate partners. Prior to joining High Alpha Innovation, Sean worked as a Technical Recruiter for the Org and as a Public Affairs Specialist for the Army National Guard. In both roles, Sean focused heavily on cultivating relationships and clear communication. He is a graduate of Babson College with a degree in Buisness Administration. He was born in Missouri, raised in Miami, Florida, and currently resides in Newark, New Jersey with his fiancee and cats.
