As an Senior Analyst at High Alpha Innovation, Kaitlin explores opportunities for solving problems through new venture creation. Kaitlin earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of Dayton, where she spent much of her time working in an Ecology lab. Finding a passion for research in the lab but a desire to work on a wider range of problems, Kaitlin decided to earn her M.S. in Technical Entreprenuership at the University of Notre Dame. This led her to experiences in social impact venture capital and corporate sustainability, before ultimately joining the Build function at High Alpha Innovation. Kaitlin lives in Madison, Wisconsin and enjoys gardening, nature photography, and traveling.
