As Director of Talent, Cate recruits executive and founder talent for new ventures and studios built alongside corporate and university partners. Prior to joining High Alpha Innovation, she managed executive recruiting at a venture equity fund that acquired growth stage SaaS B2B startups. She is a graduate of St. John Fisher University (BA) and Sacred Heart University (MS) with degrees in Psychology. Originally from Upstate New York, Cate now resides in North Carolina with her husband and two children.
