Courtney Ulrich Smith got her B.A. in Design from the University of Arkansas before entering the local startup ecosystem. She continued to practice UX/UI, before specializing in research and strategy. Courtney has led agency teams in problem solving and digital transformation efforts at both Fortune500 and Fortune100 companies, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Gulfstream, and HEB. Since then, she's worked directly in venture-building in Arkansas, where she leads early-stage research efforts.
