Josh Stanley is the Managing Partner for Fieldbook. Josh is an experienced leader, serial entrepreneur, and digital product expert based out of Northwest Arkansas. Prior to joining Fieldbook and High Alpha Innovation, Josh pioneered the startup studio model in Arkansas as the Co-founder and leader of Cartwheel Studio. Prior to Cartwheel, Josh co-founded and led Teamvvork, a digital product studio and consultancy out of Las Vegas that was later acquired by RevUnit in 2017, a strategic digital firm based out of Bentonville, AR. Josh later led RevUnit as President through a private equity transaction in 2019.

Josh also co-founded ZenSales, a software-as-a-service business with rapid growth that was acquired in 2020. He’s been a board member, active advisor or leader in numerous startups, including Onsen Towels, Handled.com, Teesnap, among other companies. Prior to these roles, he held product, project, and program management titles at Zappos, 1-800 Contacts, and Backcountry.com. In addition to his work experience, Josh holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an M.B.A from Westminster University.
