Will Gillis is Senior Counsel and Director of Business Affairs at High Alpha Innovation where he leads High Alpha Innovation's cross-functional efforts to launch the next batch of advantaged startups with corporate and university partners, and advises management on portfolio company matters, regulatory compliance issues and studio and investment fund formation transactions. Prior to High Alpha Innovation, Will was an emerging companies and venture capital lawyer at Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle where he represented high growth technology companies at all stages of the venture lifecycle, as well as venture capital funds and corporate venture arms in a wide range of corporate finance transactions. Will lives in Boise, ID with his wife and three children and can often be found cycling on the roads of the Treasure Valley and the Boise Mountains. Will received his JD from New York University School of Law and his A.B. in Politics from Princeton University.
