Lauren Kellum is Chief of Staff at High Alpha Innovation where she focuses on operationalizing the business strategy. Prior to this role, Lauren was Platform Lead at HAI, building out tools, process, and resources for the team and portfolio. Lauren’s early career was spent as a UI/UX designer and later operations lead at a Series A startup. There she lead a remote design team, managed client relationships, and lead business operations. Lauren earned a BS in Visual Communication Design from IU Indianapolis. Her design thinking background and passion for solving problems through a human-centered approach have played a significant impact in her work in early-stage startups. Lauren lives in Indianapolis with her husband, daughter, and dog.
